RETURN AND REFUND POLICY
To ensure the food safety for all of our customers, DKJ Mall Ltd does not allow return or exchange of our products as we are unable to ensure proper handling and the quality of the products once it is delivered.
Once the order is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled, returned or refunded.
If the packaging is broken when it arrives, and you request to replace or return it, original receipts and original packaging must be returned as well. Please contact our Customer Service Agent to make arrangement within 48 hours of your receipt.
