本地送貨安排

  • 顧客一般可下單後,第 2天開始計算的5到7工作日內收到貨品。

  • 如送貨到達地址後無人接收,客戶服務員將另行聯絡閣下重新安排送貨時間,客戶重新支付送貨費用。如該訂單為免費送貨,費用將按照我司合作的第三方物流公司收取的費用為標準。

  • 以上列出的配送時間,只適用於一般正常情況,受惡劣天氣,颱風或其他不受控制因素影響時,出貨時間或須順延。

  • 送貨服務覆蓋香港島,九龍,新界地區,馬灣,愉景灣,無須額外收費。

  • 任何禁區、特別管制區域及禁止貨車進入之地區,均不設送貨服務。

  • 如有任何爭議,本公司保留最終決定權。

送貨條款及細則:

  • 所有訂單須視乎供應商的商品供應情況再作最後確認。倘若我們未能提供任何已訂購之商品或服務,我們有權取消該訂單,並會於送貨前透過電話或電郵通知顧客。

  • 所有送貨是由我司合作的第三方物流公司提供,我們不會事先致電收件人確實送貨時間。

  • 因客戶提供地址錯誤或不完整信息而引致之派遞延誤或無法派遞而負責。已繳付的運費將不獲退還。如貨物退回我們公司七天內,客人沒有為第二次送貨作出安排或重新付款相關配送費用。我司將取消訂單而不作出任何賠償。

  • 收件人請於收貨後盡快驗明商品,如商品損毀或運輸過程造成包裝破損及不完整,請於交收商品後兩天內聯絡我們辦理退換貨,詳情請聯絡我們。

  • 當八號或以上的烈風訊號懸掛或黑色暴雨警告生效時,送貨服務時間將會延遲,或另作安排。

  • 如有任何爭議,本公司保留最終決定權。

 

 

Local Delivery Arrangements

Once the order is confirmed and payment is made, the customer should receive the goods within 2 to 4 working days.

  • If the delivery arrives at the address and no one receives it, our Customer Service Agent will contact you to reschedule the delivery time and the customer is required to pay for the re-delivery charges. If free delivery is included in your order, the re-delivery charges will be based on the standard rate charged by the third-party logistics company.

  • If the customer confirms the order the day before a public holiday, the delivery date will be delayed accordingly. The shipping time will be based on the first day after the public holiday and the ordered goods should be received within 2 to 4 working days.

  • The delivery times listed above are only applicable to normal conditions. When adverse weather, typhoon or other uncontrolled factors are affected, the delivery time may be delayed.

  • Delivery service covers Hong Kong Island, Kowloon, New Territories,  Ma Wan, Discovery Bay are all at NO additional charge.

  • There is no delivery service for restricted areas, special control area or areas where trucks are prohibited from entering.

  • If there is any dispute, the company reserves the right of final decision.

Delivery Terms and Conditions:

  • All orders will be subject to final confirmation depending on the supplier’s supply of goods. If we fail to provide any of the ordered goods or services, we have the right to cancel the order and notify the customer by telephone or email before delivery.

  • All shipping is provided by the third party logistics company we cooperate with. We will not notify the recipient in advance to confirm delivery time.

  • Responsibility for delivery delays or failure to deliver due to incorrect or incomplete information provided by the customer, then the paid shipping fee will not be refunded. If the goods are returned to our company, within seven days, the customer needs to contact us to make new arrangement for a second delivery or re-pay related shipping costs. Our company will cancel the order without any compensation after the 7 days.

  • Recipients should verify the goods as soon as possible after receipt of goods. If the goods are damaged or the packaging is damaged or incomplete during shipment, please contact us for return within two days after the delivery of the goods. 

  • When Typhoon Signal No. 8 or above is hoisted or a Black Rainstorm Warning is in force, the delivery service time will be delayed or otherwise re-arranged.

  • If there is any dispute, the company reserves the right of final decision.
